Experienced Joinery Draftsperson (Cabinet Making / Joinery)Are you an experienced Joinery Draftsperson with strong cabinetmaking knowledge?
We're looking for a detail-oriented skilled to join our growing team in Molendinar.This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our production team to deliver accurate, high-quality joinery drawings ready for manufacture.
You'll play an important role in taking projects from architectural drawings through to production.Key Requirements:Minimum 4 years' experience in cabinetmaking, shopfitting or joineryProven experience in joinery drafting using PaletteCAD, Cobus NCAD or similar softwareStrong understanding of construction drawings and specificationsHigh attention to detail and drawing accuracyAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and ExcelKey Responsibilities:Interpret architectural drawings and produce accurate shop drawingsCustomise designs to meet client requirements and revise designs based on feedbackEnsure all drawings meet industry standards and project specificationsPrepare cutting lists and material schedules aligned with production timelinesQuantify materials and hardware and raise purchase orders prior to manufacturingProvide technical support to production teams throughout the manufacturing processMaintain and update project documentation and design filesAbout you:Take pride in producing accurate,
