Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and ApprenticesOversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are metDeliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standardsCoordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety proceduresLiaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellenceWhat are we looking for?
