We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Shepparton Toyota team as a Service Receptionist on a fixed term contract basis.
With the right person, this role has strong potential to develop into a permanent full-time position within our growing network.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Greeting customers
Manage guest requirements
Providing optimal guest care and service
Handle guest bookings and enquires via phone, email, and walk-in
Providing detailed explanations of work performed
Meeting guest satisfaction targets
