Duties and responsibilities for the role may include but are not limited to the following:Performing detailed requirements capture and analysis activityDesigning solutions that can be implemented,managed,andmaintainedby New Era's technical teamProducing architectural designs for solutionsDocumentingclientbusiness requirements and produce proposals and/or tender responses in conjunction with the sales teamProviding technical content for quotes,proposalsand tender responsesCompleting various levels of documentation including scope of work,designand quoting documentationProducing statements of work of external and internal projectsAssistthe sales team in winning more business through activelyparticipatingin new and existingclientengagementincluding attendingclientmeetings and presenting capabilities of Recent Era technical teamDemonstrating,presenting,and effectively articulating solutions toclientsProvidinga high levelof technical analysis and adviceWorking closely withthe sales teamto ensureclientsreceive consistent communication and their requirements are metMaintaining a strong working relationship with thesales, technical and project teamAssistwith discovery of any future work requirements/projectsContinuously improving technical capability through accreditation,certification andmaintainingup-to-date knowledge of trends in software/hardwaredesign,infrastructureand architectureWho we are looking for5+ years of relevant experience in the roleProven experience as a Platforms and Cloud Transformation ArchitectExperience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting modern technology solutionsStrong architecture and requirements analysis skillsBroad IT infrastructure knowledgeExperience in client-facing or consultative rolesExcellent technical documentation skillsExperience presenting modern, secure,
