We are looking for a customer service person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to helping customers.
This role is ideally suited to early-career candidates looking to build their skills and grow their career in customer service and gain valuable hands‐on experience in a supportive team environment.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, managing enquiries and orders, along with supporting a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations within the business.
Key Responsibilities




Manage incoming calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
Process customer orders accurately using SalesNet and AP21 systems.
Maintain the Stockline Showroom, ensuring it is presentable and up to date.
Assist NZ Representatives with administrative tasks as required.
Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions.
Proofread and review Seasonal/Stockline Product Guides and Rangebooks.
Make product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
Adhere to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Manage stationery and office supplies to ensure adequate stock and smooth office operations.
Ad hoc analysis and duties as required
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Experience with Adobe software would be beneficial
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
