Digga Australia is seeking a hands-on Despatch Leading Hand at our Yatala facility in Queensland.
You will lead the Despatch team, coordinate daily despatch schedule, and ensure orders are packed, checked, and delivered on time, in full.
With at least two years in a similar role, you will demonstrate robust leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, and you will liaise with other departments while supporting continuous improvement and staff wellbeing programs.
