An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the District Nursing Team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group in the role of a District Nurse.
The position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and robust engagement with clients and carers to promote self-management, wellbeing, and coordinated, person-centred care.
Leadership, mentoring, or preceptorship experience.
What you need
Working with a high degree of clinical autonomy, the nurse undertakes comprehensive assessments, implements and evaluates care, and provides advanced interventions across a broad scope of practice.
Current Registration with AHPRA.
Minimum 3 years post-registration acute clinical experience.
