Job Description
YMCA Victoria is seeking a part time Operations (Lifeguard) Team Leader for the Newstead Outdoor Pool to oversee daily lifeguard operations, recruit and train staff, and manage scheduling.
You will support plant room operations and uphold aquatic safety protocols while contributing to a positive, safe environment.
You will lead a small team, coordinate with centre leaders, handle rostering and end-of-month reporting, and participate in safety committees.
