The Department of Communities and Justice in Parramatta is seeking a Resource (Workforce) Manager on a temporary full-time basis until 30 June ****.
You will lead planning, forecasting and real-time management of the IT project workforce to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right cost.
This role requires solid stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making and the ability to balance strategic objectives with operational delivery, while delivering high service levels.
