Ruah Community Services is seeking an experienced Learning & Development qualified to lead capability initiatives, partner with leaders, and drive workforce development across a values-driven organisation.
You will oversee the development and delivery of training programs, e-learning resources, inductions and leadership initiatives, while contributing to organisational projects and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Northbridge.
