In this hybrid role, you will own an established portfolio, drive sales growth, and partner with top-tier international suppliers to deliver high-value chemical solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Leadership:Manage and expand an established client base to meet targeted sales and business objectives.
Strategic Growth:Identify new market opportunities, introduce innovative product lines, and execute tailored account plans.
Technical Consultation:Translate complex product features into practical, real-world solutions through customer engagement and technical discussions.




Field & Market Presence:Plan and execute regular customer call cycles, conduct site visits, and represent KChem at key industry trade events.
Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline data.
What We Look For
Qualifications:A tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical sales experience in industrial coatings or chemicals.
Skills:Proven relationship-building skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management.
Requirements:A full, clean driver's license, willingness to travel for client visits, and the legal right to work in Australia.
