scopes of works and quotes on covered damageProvide repair and technical advice on claims as requiredWork closely with the repair co-ordination teamDispute/issue resolution as requiredEnsure all work conforms to legislative and contractual WHS requirementsTravel required from time to time to work with the CAT team in the case of influx of claim volumeProcessing of reports and information through software-based platformsClaim repair supervision on an ad-hoc basis as requiredWork towards and achieve Key Performance Targets on assessing scorecardKey Selection Criteria:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Prime EcoSystem highly advantageousProfessional presentationAbility to provide a high level of customer serviceBe familiar with WHS practices, legislation and regulationsStrong work ethic and highly motivatedWillingness to work with the team and constantly improve performanceA positive "can do" work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours and change routine from time to timeComputer literate with knowledge in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel.Ability to manage multiple and competing prioritiesCurrent and valid driver's license
