We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential lifestyle & retirement build in Moama VIC.
You'll be responsible for delivering residential elements of this land mark project which includes 100 + homes and $5 MIL commercial clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
Maintain strong OH&S; standards, site compliance, and documentation
Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers
About You




Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience desirable)
Robust knowledge of OH&S;, NCC, and local building standards
Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
