Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) Support Analyst
Eligibility:Applicantsmustbe Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Australian Government Defence security clearance at the level required for the position.
This role is responsible for analysing, developing and optimising maintenance and logistics support requirements for theUH-60M Black Hawk fleet.
Working within a Defence sustainment environment, the incumbent ensures maintenance programs, logistics support data, engineering reviews and aircraft maintenance policies are compliant, effective and aligned with Defence regulations and airworthiness requirements.
Key Responsibilities
ConductLogistics Support Analysis (LSA)and manage theLogistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR).
Analyse and optimise maintenance requirements, maintenance intervals, spares support and engineering data.
ApplyReliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)andFailure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)methodologies.
Review and amendTechnical Maintenance Plans (TMPs)and maintenance policy documentation.
Assess and provide recommendations onMaintenance Interval Extension Requests (MIERs).
Maintain the integrity of aircraft maintenance data withinCAMM2and other Defence systems.
Develop and issueMaintenance Policy Amendment Notifications (MPANs).
Support theUH-60M Reliability Programthrough data analysis and continuous improvement activities.
ProvideSubject Matter Expert (SME)advice to Defence stakeholders, sustainment teams, and Continuing Airworthiness organisations.
Support amendments to theAircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)in accordance withDASR Part Mrequirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification (Cert IV in Aeroskills or higher, or equivalent experience).
MRD Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Defence maintenance and logistics systems includingeMRD, CAMM2, OmegaPS, NetMAARS, MILIS, FEDLOG and PUBLOG.
Ability to analyse complex maintenance,



reliability and logistics data.
Solid problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
An experiencedmaintenance engineering or logistics support professionalwith Defence aviation sustainment expertise, capable of translating complex engineering and reliability data into effective maintenance policies, logistics solutions and airworthiness outcomes for the UH-60M Black Hawk program.
