Project: Commercial Infrastructure $60mLocation: DoncasterSalary: $180,000 to $220,000 plus SuperRandstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne, best known for Commercial, Residential and Tower projects up to $200m.
This builder is known for their innovative approach and excellent workplace culture, and we're looking for an experienced Site Managers to help us deliver complex, high-quality projects.You will be employed to initially manage a $60m Commercial Infrastructure project in the Eastern Suburbs.
You will be supported by Site Manager & Supervisor, an experienced Project Manager and multiple Contract Administrators.Your responsibilities will include:Leading all day-to-day site operationsCoordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliersDriving the construction programmeManaging inspections,
defects and handoverWorking closely with the Project Manager and wider project teamRequirements:The ideal candidate will have:Trade BackgroundProven experience as a Site Manager on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects.A solid understanding of project management from inception to completion.The ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, ProcoreExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience working with Union delegatesA commitment to our values of being supportive, authentic, inspirational, and driven.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
