This includes developing subject matter expertise within the customer support department and collaborating with other team members in the various technologies.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot the most difficult technical issuesDemonstrated creative problem-solving approach and robust analytical skillsMust be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging conceptStrong experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTMLStrong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS and JellyStrong experience working in Java or similar backend programming languageExperience and understanding of Object-Oriented DesignExperience with relational databases such as MySQL,
