Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with business leaders, operational teams, technology specialists and vendors, you'll help translate complex business needs into practical solutions that improve processes, systems and outcomes.
This role will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution delivery, testing, business readiness and benefits realisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design activitiesFacilitate stakeholder workshops and drive business engagementDocument business, functional and non-functional requirementsDevelop process maps, user stories and key BA artefactsSupport testing, defect management and solution validationAssess business impacts and support change readinessIdentify risks, dependencies and process improvement opportunitiesPartner with business and technology teams to deliver successful outcomesContribute to project governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouExperience as Business Analyst within complex enterprise environmentsStrong requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement skillsExperience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing competing prioritiesProven capability translating business needs into clear,



testable requirementsHands‐on experience supporting UAT, integration testing and defect managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environmentsExposure to BPMN, process modelling and requirements management toolsExperience in healthcare, aged care, community services or other regulated environments will be highly regardedWhy Join Bolton Clarke?
