We're a close-knit team that values curiosity, initiative and people who genuinely enjoy the ever-changing world of digital marketing.About the RoleWe're looking for an SEM/SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team, reporting to our Head of Digital Marketing.
This role is roughly 80% SEM-focused, with the remaining 20% on SEO tasks supporting our SEO Manager - a outstanding mix if you want broad, hands-on exposure to both paid and organic search.This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), with Mondays and Thursdays in our Bundoora office and flexibility to work from home the other three days.We welcome career changers and junior marketers.
We'll teach you the technical side - what matters most is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.What You'll Be DoingCampaign management (the bulk of the role):Planning, creating and managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns for our clientsOptimising accounts to improve conversion rates, lower cost per conversion, and grow clients' presence through remarketing,



display and new platformsCollaborating with our creative team on landing page optimisation to lift conversionsTracking & setup:Setting up Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for clientsSetting up and managing call tracking servicesCreating and supporting Google My Business listingsReporting & staying current:Preparing and managing monthly client reportsKeeping on top of the latest digital marketing trends and best practicesObtaining and maintaining your Google Search certification - with our full supportSEO support (a smaller part of the role, working with our SEO Manager):Writing and improving meta tags and on-page content for client websitesWriting content for new website pages and blogsReviewing ranking reports and updating WEB CEOAbout YouA genuine passion for digital marketing - experience is nice to have, attitude is essentialStrong written and verbal English communication skillsHigh attention to detailA self-starter who can problem-solve independentlyComfortable managing deadlines and juggling multiple client accountsMust be an Australian citizen or permanent resident - we're unable to consider candidates requiring visa sponsorshipWhy Join JD Stride?
