This is an exciting opportunity for a retail merchandising professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys turning strategy into impactful in-store experiences.Working within the Retail & Store Development team, you'll help ensure our showrooms consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting new store projects, merchandising initiatives and campaign execution throughout the network.About the RoleThis role is all about creating engaging retail environments that inspire customers and support business performance.You will:Drive visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation across the national networkDevelop and maintain merchandising principles, display standards and store guidelinesCoordinate the rollout of new product ranges, promotional activity and seasonal campaignsSupport new store openings, refurbishments and showroom enhancement projectsIdentify opportunities to improve customer flow, navigation and overall shopabilityConduct store reviews and provide recommendations to improve presentation and consistencyPartner with key stakeholders to ensure merchandising strategies are executed effectively across all locationsBalance commercial outcomes with an exceptional customer experienceAbout YouYou are passionate about creating engaging retail environments and understand how great merchandising can influence customer engagement,



sales performance and the overall customer experience.To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, store experience, or a similar multi-site retail environmentDemonstrated success leading merchandising initiatives across multiple stores or regionsFlexibility to undertake occasional interstate travel to support store reviews, merchandising initiatives, existing store refits / new store fitouts, and key business projects across our national networkStrong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesKnowledge of architectural building plans, visual merchandising principles, customer journey mapping and store layout optimisationExperience developing merchandising standards, guidelines and training materialsSound understanding of retail operations, category management and promotional executionThe ability to interpret sales and performance data to improve in-store outcomesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience within specialty retail, showroom retail, home improvement, flooring, tiles or similar industries will be highly regardedFormal qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related discipline will be highly regardedWhy Beaumont Tiles?
