Boilermakers with high level structural welding skills and ability to lead a teamWe are seeking skilled boilermakers to lead a team of boilermakers and apprentices to fabricate steel, and other metal materials to manufacture, repair and upgrade equipment, products and structures, such as,



but not limited to, pipe spooling, pressure vessels, structural steel and rig and transport equipment.Key Tasks:Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures and project schedules.To lead the team carrying out fabrication, maintenance and upgrades as per supplied specifications.To be hands on when required, to assist in achieving the end result.All works to be completed with adherence to the company's Fabrication ITP and API Q1 accredited policies and proceduresMay be required to carry out shiftwork or by negotiation workin remote locations however this role is primarily workshop based in ToowoombaEnsure that the work area is kept clean, tidy and equipment is maintained to company requirementsThe ideal candidate will have:Ability to qualify to welding proceduresValid Drivers LicenceHighly Regarded (not essential):High Risk Work Licence – ForkliftWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceRelocation assistance - if you are interstate or over 500kms from Toowoomba, relocation allowance of $2,000 plus support/assistance with your rental or purchase applications
