As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, handling a variety of responsibilities in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a casual position based at our hotel in Hilton SA ****.What you'll be doingSupervise and coordinate the work of front of house and other hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiencesRespond to guest enquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionallyOversee the security and safety of the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulationsProvide leadership and guidance to the hotel team,



fostering a positive and productive work environmentWhat we're looking forSeveral years' experience in a hotel management or supervisory roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a teamThorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and food & beverageMust hold current RSA and RSG certificates.
