We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, reporting, and analysis for the business.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently with both financial data and stakeholders across the company.
Focused on providing financial assistance and insights to Accelagen management and providing broad support into other areas of the business.Key responsibilitiesManage accounts payable or receivable, ensuring timely payments and collectionsDaily data entry, allocation and reconciliation of client expensesGeneral management accounting including reconciliations of balance sheet accountsLeverage software automation to streamline accounting processesAnalysis and reporting of month end resultsSupport of monthly/quarterly BASAssisting with the preparation and coding of manual invoicesPreparing expense and credit card expense claimsVendor set up and administrationOther accounting & finance related tasks as neededAbout youCA or CPA qualifiedStrong accounting background and qualitative expertiseKnowledge of accounting ERP systems, NetSuite preferredAdvanced Excel skillsGood understanding of accounting standardsExperience working within a commercial environment with broad accounting expertiseSelf-starter with good written and verbal communication skillsTeam player with proactive, solutions focused approachNatural problem solver with high attention to detailOrganised and methodical approach to workAbout usWe are a leading, locally positioned and globally adept Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) headquartered in Australia working with innovative clients across the globe to make a tangible impact on the future of human health and wellness.
