quality, safety, and site presentationManaging construction programmes and ensuring projects remain on scheduleConducting detailed quality control inspections throughout each stage of constructionWorking closely with management, suppliers, trades, and other project stakeholdersIdentifying and resolving construction issues proactivelyDriving productivity on site without compromising the quality of the finished productTaking ownership of projects from construction commencement through to completion and handoverAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Proven experience supervising residential construction projectsExperience delivering custom, architectural, or luxury homes highly regardedStrong carpentry background, either as a qualified carpenter or through extensive experience on the toolsQBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence ideallyStrong understanding of residential construction methodology and detailingAn exceptional eye for quality and finishingAbility to effectively manage multiple projects, trades, and construction programmesStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build strong working relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersAmbition to develop your career as the business continues to grow
