Audit & Accounts Manager£58,000-£68,000 + overtime pay + benefitsSouth London | 3 days per week in the officeI'm working with a growing Top 20 accountancy firm that is looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Manager into its South London team.This is a strong prospect for someone who wants a genuine leadership role rather than simply managing a portfolio and delivering jobs.The team is looking for an experienced Manager who can take ownership of client relationships, support the development of Seniors and Juniors, and become a key figure within the office as the firm continues to grow.The role will be approximately 60% audit and 40% accounts, working predominantly with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across a varied range of sectors.The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, lead assignments from planning through to completion and work closely with Partners on client delivery, team development and the continued growth of the office.A major part of the role will be people leadership.
