The Personnel Group is seeking a motivated and people-focusedEmployment Services Team Leaderto support the effective delivery of employment programs across a designated region.This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational support with strategic contribution.
You'll work closely with frontline staff and the Employment Services Manager to drive performance, foster team culture, and ensure service excellence.This is a full-time position based in the Kiewa region ( Albury and Wodonga), with flexibility to work from any of The Personnel Group's operational sites within the area.
The role requires regular travel across the region and, when necessary, to other locations within our broader national footprint.

You bring:Experience in employment services or related operational rolesSome leadership experience, with a desire to grow into senior leadershipQualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or Frontline Management (preferred)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsA positive, can-do attitude and commitment to team successAbility to balance frontline delivery with strategic and administrative supportWillingness to travel across multiple service areasAbility to meet compliance requirements: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, and Working with Children CheckA current unrestricteddriver's licenceWhy work with us?
