About the OpportunityDue to expansion and growth, we are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer for a newly acquired brand, while also offering occasional assistance to members of the broader leadership team.
This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Providing high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial supportManaging complex calendars, emails, appointments, and business prioritiesCoordinating meetings, interstate travel, events, and stakeholder engagementsPreparing, collating,
and coordinating reports, presentations, board papers, and correspondenceBuilding robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across teams to support business initiativesFollowing up on key actions, gathering information, and ensuring timely delivery of requests and outcomesAssisting in the coordination and execution of team events, leadership meetings, and strategic projectsAbout YouYou are an experienced Executive Assistant who is professional, approachable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
