This is a hands-on Appliance Technician role based at Coppabella Village, working across a large-scale accommodation site on a 7 days on, 7 days off DIDO or FIFO roster.You will be responsible for delivering reactive, planned and preventative maintenance across a wide range of commercial kitchen, laundry and village appliances, ensuring assets are maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standardWorking in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in minimising downtime and supporting a protected, comfortable experience for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reactive, planned and preventative maintenance on village appliancesDiagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systemsRepair and replace components (motors, elements, switches, belts, etc.)Install and upgrade appliances and associated electrical infrastructureMaintain commercial kitchen, laundry and general village equipmentComplete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance recordsLiaise with contractors and suppliers as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and legislative requirementsAbout YouCurrent Queensland Open/Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential)Experience in commercial appliance repair and maintenancePrevious FIFO/DIDO or remote site experienceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, remote site environmentStrong organisational skills and ability to manage workloadTeam player with a proactive, safety-first approachRestricted Electrical Licence - Refrigeration (desirable)Working at Heights / Confined Space (desirable)What We Offer$127,926 + superannuationFIFO available from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or MelbourneDIDOand transport options depending on location - $7K incentive available for DIDOAccommodation and meals provided whilst on sitePermanent, full-time opportunityTraining,
