the team you develop, and the community we build.We're looking for someone ready to lead, grow, and be part of something special.Key responsibilitiesLead daily venue operations across opening, service and closingRecruit, train, roster and mentor a young, enthusiastic team to consistently high standardsBuild and nurture a driven work culture centred on passion for excellence and service qualityDrive sales, manage budgets and achieve labour and cost targetsMonitor weekly and monthly performance reporting to track KPIsManage ordering, stock rotation and wastage across food, beverage and retailHandle daily cash and POS reconciliation and reportingDeliver a seamless, exceptional customer experience consistentlyMaintain a clean, organised and well-presented venue at all timesUphold all food safety and compliance standardsAbout youMinimum 2 years proven management experience in a high-volume hospitality venueStrong front of house and floor management experience in specialty coffee or premium café settingsThe ambition and drive to build a venue striving for excellent standardsPassion for and knowledge of specialty coffee and the hospitality industryStrong leadership skills to recruit, train and inspire a young, enthusiastic front of house teamProven ability to build and lead a high-performing team culture centred on excellenceUnderstanding of budgets, labour costing, stock control and wastage managementConfident handling of POS systems, daily reconciliation and performance reportingKeen understanding of profitability and sales targetsFlexibility to work early mornings, 1 day on weekends and public holidays as a café roster demandsAbout usSilva Coffee Roasters has established itself as a leader in specialty coffee.
