Founded in **** and headquartered in Victoria, we design and manufacture our own products locally — from high-speed rapid roller doors and sectional doors to a full suite of loading dock solutions — serving clients across warehousing, logistics, food and beverage, cold storage, automotive, and healthcare.Our Victorian operations are expanding and we're looking for an experienced loading dock technician to join our field service team, based out of Rowville in Melbourne's south-east.The RoleThis is a hands-on field role covering the greater Melbourne metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and ongoing service of loading dock systems and industrial door solutions across a broad range of commercial and industrial sites — including distribution centres, warehouses, logistics hubs, cold storage facilities, and food processing plants.Loading dock experience is mandatory for this role.
You will need to bring proven hands-on capability across dock levellers, dock shelters, dock doors, and associated dock equipment.
Experience with industrial door systems is highly regarded and will be an advantage in this role.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTDemonstrated hands-on experience with loading dock systems — including dock levellers, dock shelters, dock seals, and dock doors — is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
