Our capabilities span data centre infrastructure, supply chain and project implementation, IT operations and maintenance, and cloud and intelligent computing services.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organised and technically minded IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our Australian team.This is an on-site role based at a data centre site, supporting IT infrastructure and hardware projects and coordinating with technical teams, vendors, contractors and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.The role is well suited to someone with experience in IT infrastructure, IT hardware, technical support, field services, data centres or project coordination who is looking to develop their career in project delivery.You will work closely with and report directly to the Australia Country Manager, with broad exposure to project delivery, technical operations and the local business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities for IT infrastructure and hardware projectsSupport on-site installation, deployment, testing and commissioning activitiesCoordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians and other stakeholdersTrack project timelines, milestones, deliveries and on-site activitiesCoordinate hardware, equipment,



site access and installation requirementsFollow up with different parties to ensure project activities remain on scheduleIdentify and help resolve general technical, operational and on-site issuesAct as a key coordination point between site teams, technical teams, vendors and managementEscalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when requiredMaintain project documentation, reports, records and status updatesProvide regular project updates to the Australia Country ManagerSupport troubleshooting and resolution of unexpected issues during project deliveryCoordinate multiple activities and priorities across different projectAbout YouWe are looking for someone with a technical IT background and strong coordination and communication skills.You will ideally have:2-4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, IT hardware, technical support, field services, data centres or project coordinationPractical understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure environmentsExperience working with or coordinating technical teams, vendors, contractors or suppliersGood problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksComfortable working in a predominantly on-site environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approachWillingness to learn and develop within a growing businessExcellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin language skills valued for building strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders across Australia and Asia.If you are a hands-on, practical and organised IT skilled who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and coordinating solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
