personalised experience for every brideSupport recruitment, training and development of the teamManage customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalationsCoordinate in-store events, promotions and trunk showsMaintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standardsAbout YouYou will ideally have:3-5 years' retail management experienceA solid background in sales and customer serviceProven leadership and team coaching skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA passion for fashion, styling and premium customer experiencesStrong organisation and attention to detailFlexibility to work weekends and eveningsExperience within bridal, fashion, luxury or apparel retail would be highly regarded but is not essential.What's on Offer?
