Known for delivering high-quality guest experiences and memorable events, the business offers a collaborative culture, a strong market presence and genuine opportunities for internal career progression.Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity for an experienced Event Sales Executive to join a small, high-performing team and focus on driving event enquiries, conversions and revenue across a portfolio of hospitality venues.
This is a dedicated sales position rather than an operational events role,



making it ideal for a commercially minded candidate who enjoys building relationships and converting opportunities.Key responsibilities will include:Managing inbound event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmationProactively identifying and developing new sales opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with corporate, private and industry clientsPreparing proposals, conducting venue inspections and negotiating event packagesWorking closely with venue and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover of confirmed eventsCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will have proven experience in event sales, hospitality sales or a closely related commercial role.
You will be confident managing a sales pipeline, building relationships and converting enquiries, with a strong understanding of the Brisbane hospitality and events market advantageous.You will bring:Previous experience in event sales, venue sales or hospitality salesA genuine sales focus, with experience driving revenue and conversionsStrong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skillsA proactive, organised and commercially minded approachAn interest in building a long-term career within a growing hospitality groupOfferThis role offers the opportunity to join a recognised hospitality business with an established venue portfolio, a supportive small team and excellent potential for internal growth opportunities.
