We're looking for a passionate Educator to champion quality practice, mentor educators, and lift program excellence across our OSHC service.The OpportunityThis is more than an educator role — it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching others, improving program quality, and delivering enriching experiences for children.You'll work closely with the leadership team to:Lead curriculum development on siteDrive continuous improvement and quality outcomesMentor and coach educators to build capability and confidenceChampion best practice in child development and program deliveryWhat You'll BringWe're looking for an experienced or advanced educator who is:Confident leading practice and influencing othersPassionate about children's learning and developmentA natural coach who builds strong, capable teamsValues-driven with a strong focus on quality and outcomesKey Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an Experienced Educator (Cert III + 4+ years)
