For someone looking to deepen their property litigation experience, the role offers a strong combination of quality work, direct Partner exposure and genuine mentorship.You will work across a diverse mix of property-related disputes, litigation and advisory matters, including:Property development, strata, insurance and broader property mattersCommercial and contractual disputesConstruction disputes and building defect claimsStrata and community title disputes, with a particular focus on Victorian legislationCollective sales and scheme terminationsDrafting court documents,
legal correspondence and client adviceManaging matters and attending court hearingsBriefing counsel and preparing witness and expert evidencePreparing matters for interlocutory and final hearingsThe firm is open to a Senior Associate or a strong Associate looking to take the next step in their career.
