rigging and electrical installationsTroubleshooting engine performance issuesPreparing boats for delivery and ensuring high workshop standardsMaintaining accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service teamWhat We're Looking ForExperience as a marine mechanic or similar mechanical tradeStrong diagnostic and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small, supportive teamReliable, skilled and customer‐focusedCurrent driver's licence (boat licence highly regarded)Experience with Honda Marine is a bonus, but not essentialWhy Join Dolphin Marine?
