Merlo, Hydrema and New Holland machines.
Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs on customer sites in a time-sensitive, on-the-road environmentDiagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults on plant equipmentMaintaining the company service vehicle in a clean, safe and well-organised conditionCommunicating clearly with customers and the workshop team regarding job status and required partsMaintaining accurate service records, reports and documentation for all work performedFollowing established workplace health and safety procedures at all timesWhat You Will NeedTrade qualification (Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent)Current car driver's licenceAbility to pass a pre-employment medicalPrevious field service experienceExperience with any of Kobelco, ASV, Merlo, Hydrema or New Holland equipmentStrong hydraulics and/or auto-electrical fault-finding skillsSkills & Attributes:Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own time on the roadExcellent communication skills, both with customers and the workshop teamReliable, punctual and safety-consciousExceptional attention to detailWorking HoursFull time, Monday to Friday.What We OfferAttractive and competitive remuneration packageCompany vehicle providedA high-performing and dynamic work environmentSupport from a dedicated team and managementOngoing training and development
