Security Manager | Brisbane CBD | Sign-on Bonus $$About the roleDue to continued expansion, EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead and manager our team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security in one of Brisbane's most premium commercial sites located in the CBD.
In this full-time position based in Brisbane's CBD, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations and leading a team of security professionals to deliver exceptional service.What you'll be doingDeveloping and implementing comprehensive security strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect our clients' assetsManaging a team of security officers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluationConducting regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvementsLiaising with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinationMaintaining detailed records and generating reports on security incidents and operationsStaying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in the security fieldWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (5+ years) in a security management role,
