Height Safety Compliance Scheduler/EstimatorThis is a key role within the QLD Height Safety & Compliance department, responsible for coordinating inspection and compliance works, preparing estimates and quotes, scheduling technicians and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Working closely with clients, technicians and management team, you will help manage jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.Key responsibilitiesScheduling height safety inspections, testing and compliance worksPreparing estimates and quotations for height safety and compliance worksReviewing inspection reports and identifying required rectification worksLiaising with clients, facilities managers, building managers and contractorsCoordinating technicians, labour requirements, equipment and site accessManaging job schedules and ensuring works are completed within required timeframesPreparing scopes of work and supporting documentationFollowing up quotes and assisting with converting opportunities into confirmed workMaintaining accurate job and client information within company systemsAssisting with planning and coordination of larger height safety projectsAbout youPrevious experience in height safety, construction, facilities management, maintenance or a similar industryExperience preparing quotes,
