We are supporting a fast-growing, diversified financial services group, as they look for a bright, detail-oriented lawyer to join their team.If you have spent time in a property, commercial, or transactional practice, with exposure to structuring, trusts, or SMSF work, and you are looking for broader commercial exposure in-house, this could be the right move for you.Key aspects of the roleReviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and finance documentationSupporting lending and asset finance transactions from instruction through to completionAdvising on trust structures, security arrangements, and structuring matters relevant to lending and asset financeWorking closely with the business on property-related finance matters, including title, security, and settlement considerationsLiaising with external solicitors, brokers,



and other stakeholders to progress transactions efficientlyAdvising internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory considerations across the product suiteManaging a high volume of files with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keepingContributing to the continuous improvement of templates, precedents, and internal processesAbout youA Bachelor of Laws with 3-5 year PQE in a commercial, property, or transactional practiceExperience with property transactions and/or trust and credit structuring advicePractical experience managing a high volume of files with methodical, detail-oriented file managementStrong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with solicitors, brokers, and internal stakeholdersA commercial mindset with a genuine interest in moving in-house and taking on broader commercial exposureProactive, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines across a varied caseloadA genuine interest in financial services and the regulatory workplace, including familiarity with Corporations, ASIC, Privacy, Credit, AML/CTF, NCCP and PPS lawFor more information, contact Edwina Sullivan () or Aidan Parsons ().
