I'm recruiting for an established, highly regarded multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to strengthen its Fire Protection team in Sydney.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Protection Engineer who wants exposure to major, technically challenging building projects, while joining a well-established team with strong project pipelines and genuine career progression.The OpportunityAs a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you'll take responsibility for the design and delivery of fire protection systems across a diverse portfolio of building projects.For candidates operating at Principal level, there is scope to take on greater responsibility across technical leadership, project delivery, client relationships and mentoring more junior engineers.You'll be involved in:Sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel and other fire services systemsDesign documentation, specifications and technical reportsCoordination with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic,



structural and architectural disciplinesManaging projects from concept through detailed design and constructionAttending client and project meetingsProviding technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineersBuilding strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersAbout YouTo be considered, you'll ideally have:4+ years' experience in Fire Protection EngineeringExperience within a building services engineering consultancyStrong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC requirements and relevant fire protection codesExperience designing fire protection systems for commercial, healthcare, education, data centre, defence or other complex building environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsApplications are also welcomed from Principal Fire Protection Engineers looking for a position with increased technical, project and client leadership responsibilities.Why Consider It?
