Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Chadstone, located in one of Melbourne's leading fashion and lifestyle precincts.
This is a practical, varied role where you'll support our residential aged care homes and work closely with managers and employees across day-to-day HR, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and people projects.Why join MACG?

you'll support a portfolio of aged care homes across the full employee lifecycle.
