and operation.Pre-employment Medical CheckWilling to undergo a National Police checkResponsibilities:Assist with preparing project estimates and related documentationTrack project performance and regularly evaluate efficiency and qualityHelp develop, implement, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreementsMaintain a balance between cost-effectiveness and productivity to achieve project goals within deadlinesInterpret daily work schedules and coordinate staff and contractor activities accordinglyOversee compliance with secure work procedures and perform risk assessmentsPrepare and communicate quality-related documents, promote best practices, and uphold standards and expectationsContribute to early issue identification and resolution, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needsSupport on-time project completion within budget by monitoring and managing expendituresEnsure both client and internal quality standards are consistently metOversee procurement processes and manage the purchasing of required goods and servicesAbout Us:Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies.
