EXPERIENCE DRIVING WASTE TRUCKS IN METRO MELBOURNE IS A MUST
Employment: Permanent Full Time
Position Duties:
Working to Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulation requirementsWorking and interacting with traffic, other heavy vehicles on commercial sites throughout MelbourneCollection & delivery of hook lift bins in a timely & safe mannerMaintaining a clean vehicleDaily prestart & maintenance checks on vehicles & equipmentCompleting daily paperwork and safety documentation.Communicating throughout the day with operations managerCommunicating with customers on site
Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of Safety and Compliance in Transport environmentCurrent HR Driver License & provide Vic Roads history print outExcellent customer service & communication skillsExperience operating HR TrucksMUST have experience driving waste trucks full time in Metro Melbourne.Early morning startsBe flexible to work overtime as requiredBe adaptable to drive tray truck for bin deliveries & removalsMust be able to drive manual truck & uteRostered weekend work requiredBe physically fitReliable & trustworthyKnowledge of Melbourne greater area, primarily South Eastern SuburbsPride in appearance and personal imageAbility to work within a teamPolice check & ability to pass drug & alcohol testingEmployment references
