stakeholders and key business activities moving seamlessly.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to anticipate needs, build strong relationships and take ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex diaries, travel and competing prioritiesPrepare agendas, briefing papers, correspondence and minutesCoordinate Board, Committee and Executive papersManage governance, financial administration and reportingSupport strategic projects and key organisational eventsCoordinate event planning, budgets, logistics and communicationsManage actions and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are metIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the businessWhat will you need to succeed?
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executivesand board committeesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including Power PointExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationshipsA qualified and mature approach as well as immaculate presentationExercise judgement and discretion at all time
