As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seekingmultiple experienced Weldersto join our production team.Position Summary:You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality vehicle protection products such as bull bars, side rails, and underbody components, using MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding techniques in a production manufacturing environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Weld components including bull bars, wings, rear bars, UVP, and morePerform grinding, first offs, and last offs in line with ARB quality proceduresInterpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintain and operate welding equipment safelyMeet daily production targetsComply with all occupational health and safety requirementsMaintain cleanliness of welding bay and participate in general housekeepingParticipate in team meetings and contribute to workplace safety and qualitySkills,



Qualifications, and Experience Required:At least3 years of relevant, full-time experiencein welding and metal fabrication (or equivalent part-time experience)Proficient inMIG, TIG, and Pulse weldingExperience in amanufacturing or industrial fabricationenvironmentAbility to read and follow SOPs and technical instructionsSound knowledge of OH&S; and manual handling requirementsTeam-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and qualityReliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hoursTrade qualification in welding or metal fabrication (preferred but not essential)Long-term, secure employment with a market-leading manufacturerOngoing training and skill developmentSupportive and safety-focused team environmentStaff discounts on ARB products
