Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for the Kemps Creek air hub.
You will run the full air dispatch workflow each shift, including induction, sortation, bag building, palletising, and loading trucks for departures, coordinating with airline partners to meet strict cutoffs.
There are two night shifts: Sun–Wed 23:*****:00 and Wed–Sat 23:*****:00.
You'll train, supervise team members, track performance, and help optimise end‐to‐end operations in a fast‐paced logistics setting.
