This role is for a designer who understands the difference between designing for farmers and designing about farming.We're partnering with a rapid-growing Australian AgTech business that helps sheep and cattle producers manage their properties more efficiently.
Fresh from a multimillion-dollar Series B raise and expanding across the US, they're now building a stronger in-house creative team.You'll join a marketing team of seven and report to an experienced Creative Director.
Social media is the heart of the role, supported by campaigns, print, field days and agricultural trade shows.What you'll createPaid and organic social content, carousels and light-motion assetsCampaigns, product launches and educational contentFigma design systems and reusable templatesField-day displays, signage, banners and brochuresWeb graphics, emails, digital advertising and sales collateralWhat we're looking for4+ years' experience in brand, graphic or digital designStrong Figma,



Illustrator and Photoshop skillsExperience across social design and print productionAgency experience is highly regardedA portfolio showing effective, commercially focused creativeMost importantly, you'll understand the customer.They're sheep and cattle producers who are practical, time-poor and straight-talking.
They want useful information, credible products and communication that gets to the point.You don't have to be a farmer, but you do need a genuine connection to agriculture, rural Australia or the people who work on the land.
