Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join a fine-dining Chinese kitchen in Sydney.
You will take lead in the Dim Sum section, ensuring top-quality dishes and accurate presentation for a high-end dining experience.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a Chinese kitchen, proven section leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
