Bluefin Resources in Sydney CBD is seeking a Production Support Engineer (Desktop Support) to join our team on a permanent basis.
You will be the first point of contact for issues related to our SaaS lending platform, reporting systems, and data integrations.
Responsibilities include triage, documenting resolutions, onboarding current starters, laptop imaging, and supporting internal users.
You will diagnose Windows and device issues and assist with new infrastructure as the platform evolves.
