About the Role:
AsMRI Supervisor, you will help lead the MRI service across the Geelong region, ensuring high standards of clinical care, imaging quality and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting a team ofMRI Radiographers
Maintaining and developingMRI protocols and clinical standards
Supportingstaff training, mentoring and professional development
Working with trainees and assisting withMRI competency development
Liaising with radiologists, managers and other key stakeholders
Contributing to service improvement, planning and operational efficiency
Helping maintain a high standard ofpatient care and MRI service delivery
Previousunit management or MRI leadership experienceis highly regarded, along with the ability to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team.

About You:
You will be an experiencedMRI Radiographerwith the confidence and interpersonal skills to supervise and support a team.
To be successful, you will have:
Demonstrated experience inMRI Radiography
MRI leadership, supervision or unit management experiencehighly regarded
Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification
CurrentAHPRA registration
CurrentVictorian Radiation Use Licence
Experience working withMRI trainees
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively within amultidisciplinary team
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Flexibility to work across varying schedules
Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality
